Cephasonics Ultrasound Systems for Research & Development

The Cephasonics ultrasound product family for research applications ranges from a basic 64 channel system to midrange systems upgradable to 256 channels and high-end systems supporting up to 4,096 channels.  These systems provide the ultimate in flexibility and performance needed for research and development from basic research through commercial product release.

Cicada LT - entry level 64 channel research and development system  that offers a high level of flexibility and excellent image quality, enabling fast time to market for customers’ end products.  Comes with cQTuner ultrasound application. 


Cicada LX - 64-256 expandable channel systems supporting both USB and PCiE interfaces options.  Includes complete Cephasonics software development SDK , ultrasound management APIs, and cQTuner application.  Select models of the LX family also offer 3:1 muxing.


Griffin -  High-end high-channel count systems offering configurations from 512 to 4096 channels supporting both USB and multiple PCiE interfaces options.  Includes complete Cephasonics software development SDK , ultrasound management APIs, and cQTuner application.
