  1. Initial Ultrasound Scan: A trained ultrasound technician or sonographer performs an initial scan, capturing relevant images and quantitative data such as Doppler flow measurements or tissue elasticity readings.

  2. Manual Data Transfer: The sonographer communicates the findings to the medical device operator, who manually inputs key measurements into the procedure support device.
